Enjoy a Hillside turkey for your Thanksgiving dinner—it's a product you can feel proud to serve to your friends and family! The turkeys will be fresh at the time of pick-up and should be kept below 40 degrees (in the refrigerator or under ice in a cooler) until the day you plan to cook.

We utilize pasture-raised and regenerative agricultural practices, which create a more natural environment for the turkeys. Processing is done on-site, involving hand plucking and strict adherence to USDA temperature standards.
